Hey Angel! Card on File policy: A valid credit/debit card is required for all clients when booking appointments. Angel Face booking system will prompt you to enter your card info when booking services through GlossGenius. A card on file guarantees your spot on my schedule and holds you reliable for any no shows/missed appointments that violate the cancellation policy. If card gets declined you will not be able to book a future service until the payment of the missed appointment is received. Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule or change your appointment, you must cancel your appointment 24hours prior to your appointment. If you no show/cancel within your 24 hour window you will be charged 100% of your service. 9 Minute Grace period: If you are more than 9 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no show and you will be charged 100% of your service. Your appointment begins at the time you book it. Please show up 10 minutes early to use restroom and to get settled in. I require ALL clients to sign new intake forms before each time you visit. Forms must be signed before your appointment begins
